Paris - Day 20

We walked to a further pastry place to see if it was better. It's a little better than the one we had yesterday.

We explored around our neighborhood and walked across what I believe is Port Plaisance.
Some sights around town.

We walked across the Seine River to Jardin des Plantes.

We then headed for a hot chocolate place.

We had lunch near a busy market street.
We had lunch. Strawberry jam, Nutella, white chocolate and ummm I forgot.

Basket of pastries, fruit, OJ, yogurt, wine and hot chocolate.
Salad.
We walked through the market and went into this store. This place only carries frozen food.
Poster of beef cuts. Some cuts are different than how the US cuts beef.

We rested our feet at Jardin du Luxembourg, another garden area. My feet were very sore.

This is the oldest church in Paris, Saint-Germain des Prés.

We had dinner at a creperie place. We got a bottle of cider. I drank 1/2 a cup and felt nauseous. Louie finished the rest.
The savory crepes are made with buckwheat.

Salmon with caviar.
Sweet crepes...
Pear with ice cream, chocolate sauce and almond flakes

Another day of walking.
