Paris - Day 29

The usual breakfast, pastries.

It was our first museum day out of 4 days. We headed to the Musee d'Orsay first.
When we got there the opening time was postponed, so we headed to the Lourve.

Not so crowded, a good thing.

We went to the Denon section first and saw the Greek sculptures and other famous exhibits...Venus de Milo, Mona Lisa, etc... We used the Rick Steve's audio guide that is free to download. It's a good guide for tourists who don't want too spend to much time browsing around.

Lunch time was a quick bite several blocks away from the museum.
Curried potatoes.
Hot dog.
After lunch we went back to the Orsay. They don't allow pictures. Then we went to the aquarium.

The aquarium was in the same building as the immigrations office.
One of my favorite sweets are chocolate covered marshmallows. Some day when I get one of those KitchenAid stand mixers, I will make my own chocolate covered marshmallows.
Dinner time already. We sat outside and it was pretty dark.
Suckling pig
Veal cheeks
